Process
Industry Best Practices
At Tech Shred, our process for on-site and off-site
hard drive and media destruction services is secure, transparent and auditable.
We start off by recording the serial number of each individual hard drive by
performing a bar code scan of each hard drive’s serial number.
We then separate the scanned hard drives and load them onto our hard drive
shredding truck or secure hard drive shredding area. Once on the truck or
at the secure hard drive shredding area, the scanned hard drives are then
run through our customized hard drive shredder and are physically destroyed,
rendering your data secured.
